At BonBon Lingerie, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase; if your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original hygienic liners and tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip to ensure your refund is processed accurately.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
